Two Questions About Passive Solar Panels . Pls?

Question:
#1 What is the cost (unit price) of a passive solar panel? just like average ones approx. in canadian or american dollars

#2 what is a canadian company involved with passive solar panel (companies that make passive solar panels)

*pls. give links to your answers if possible . thanks.*

Answer:
From my experience, it costs about US $8 per watt to have panels installed by a professional. I am in NE US and there may be differences in prices based on the region due to labor costs and incentives given by regional governments.

I am not aware of any Canadian panel makers. Most panels sold in US are made of Japanese manufacturers such as Kyocera and Sanyo, and Europeans such as BP. There is one US company I am aware of and that is Sunpower based in California.
I hope this link helps:

I will edit this post if I find any thing better!
1) Cost varies... but for the equivilent of 0.1 amp of 120 volt AC... it takes about $150 worth of solar panel.

Thats from the experience of setting up a solar power system for a location that is too far from AC power lines to be economical to hook them up.

2) Ever heard of Google?
