No. The analogy between the atom and our solar system has been noted by many people, but the concept of the atom has undergone significant evolution since its earliest model to make this analogy invalid. The atom is not simply a nucleus with discrete orbiting electrons. The current model of an atom is a nucleus surrounded by a fuzzy "shell" of electrons that more or less form a cloud surrounding the nucleus. In fact, the the exact, dicrete location of an electron cannot be determined at any given time because of the Heisenberg principle, whereas the planets orbit the sun in a very predictable manner.
