Yes, if I lived in city. Possibly even if not, depending on the charge range when no solar available. You do realize this is simply an electric car, which must have a battery to charge via solar. Or else the car would die when the sun goes behind clouds.

Not based on this description. I'd be more concerned in it's acceleration rate, and usefulness in times when the sun is *not* shining.
