Nothing you can buy. Just a few experimental vehicles exist built by automobile manufacturers and technical colleges.

They can't be used on a cloudy day.

They are not practical with today's technology. Not enough power to carry more than one person. Slow, can not maintain minimum speed limits. Can't climb steep hills.
