How does a control panel 4 a solar system looks like?

Question:
I read this in an article:
( An inverter and a control panel are necessary as part of the unit. )
but I don't know how does this control panel looks like and what does it do .

Answer:
a control panel for this type of application basically takes all of the different solar panels electricity and condenses them into one stream of electricity rather than 2, 3, or however many solar panels you have.
Take a look at this page for a couple of pictures of what is on a grid tied solar electric system power panel. Note there is only a DC disconnect an a AC disconnect with an inverter. Not much to it. However you have to know how to pick the right one for your use.

Take a look at this page for a grid tied with battery backup. Note it has a few more items. Charge controller, breakers, inverter...

I hope that is what you were asking.
