Ther are probably millions and millions of planetary systems. I would hesitate to call them "Solar Systems", because that's the name we have reserved for our own planetary system. No one knows how many more systems there are out there, but I would bet that every star you see has at least one planet and probably more.
There are litterally trillions of stars in ou Milky Way. It is reasonable to assume that there are trillions of solar systems. (and yes, there is other intelligent life besides us. only a complete moron would believe otherwise!!)

There are no other known solar systems within our own galaxy. We are surrounded by many other galaxies though, some of which are nearly assimilated into our own.
It is estimated that our galaxy contains at the very least 100 billion stars (some estimates go up to a few hundred billion).
There is mounting evidence that having planets is the rule rather than the exception for a star.
So you probably have 80 to 90 billion planetary systems in the Milky Way, at least.
And then you've got an estimated 100 billion galaxies in the universe, at least.

There are around 400 billion suns in the Milky Way. It is hard to say how many actually have planets, asteroids, comets, etc. revolving around them.
So far 218 planets have been discovered going around 191 stars other than the Sun. To get a complete up-to-date list, go to wikipedia and enter Exoplanets in the search box. Astronomers now believe that 70% of all stars have planets.
since the scientist's can not able to count exactly with existing technology & with avaliable data, only possible result is billions or trillions.
