Solar Powered Cell Phones?

Question: Solar powered cell phones are now available in China and Germany has begun creating prototypes for them. Is this technology going to be coming to the U.S. anytime soon? If not, in the next few years?

I have read about them. Usually technology from China or Japan migrates to the US fairly fast. My feeling is they will be available here soon.
