actually, i think all of those are right by saying they contributed to the formation of our solar system. but to say which is nebular theory, i would have to say Gas and Dust orbiting the forming sun.
well i think none of those are really right, but 'Gas & Dust orbiting the forming sun' comes closest. star and solar system formation at various stages can be observed today.
Actually rocky material ejected from a super-nova and crashing into the surrounding hydrogen field resulted in our solar system,and probably thousand of others from the same massive star.
