About 15 Kilowatts but you can do the math. Add up the consumption of all the electrical items you will be using simultaneously.
Storage is currently using batteries, which is expensive and bad for the environment when they need to be replaced. A battery will be 12 or 24 volt so you will need an inverter to get it back to 120/240.
The most effective use of solar power at present is for hot water, not electricity. It stores itself in your hot water tank during the day, so no need for batteries.
I use a small panel to charge a car battery for emergency (12 volt) lighting during power cuts.
