What the costs lf the nano solar cell ( carbon + silicon + crystal)?

Question:

Answer:
There are lots of types of nano solar cells currently being developed, the ingredients that you listed don't really make sense.

What you need are semiconductive nanocrystals imbeded in some form of lightly conductive material.

Do you mean Silicon Nanocrystals imbeded in graphite (or something like that)?

Nano sized silicon particles will go for about $10 per gram and graphite is very cheap at around $.01 per gram.

A more common nano solar cell would be silicon nanocrystals imbeded in a conductive plastic.
