Do you think there is such a thing as 'too many coincidences"?
Question:
Example: The Solar eclipse. How many places in our solar system could you see total solar eclipse? One. Our planet is the only place in the SS where our moon is just the right distance from us to cover all but the suns coronae. If you were on saturn, there is a moon that is the right distance, but it is oblong shaped, so it wouldnt work. What are the chances that this is the place where life sprang up, not only life, but life intellegent enough to really consciously observe and appreciate that eclipse?Coincidence? How about dark energy? What is it? We dont understand what it is or how it is controlling the universe, but we do know that it is more powerful than all the other forces put together, i.e. a higher power.Coincidence?
Answer:
I think one would have to be delusional to deny the existence of God or a creative intelligence. But I have said it once and I will say it again, Do not confuse God with religion.
The truth is kept a secret.
The Galilean moon of Jupiter produce eclipses of the type you describe on each other. I haven't check the Saturnine moons for that type of event. Theoretically Europa and Enceladus may harbor life. One life appeared, unopposed, it consumed the medium from which it developed. Dark energy has not been demonstrated. It is just one of many hypotheses to explain some astronomical observations. Coincidences, yes. Meaningful, no.
