What is the solar angle of the sun at this time of the year? what is the latitude and longitude?

Question:
this is a physical geograpghy question.

Answer:
21 March = 0 degrees
21 June = 23.5 degrees (North)
21 Sept = 0 degrees
21 Dec = 23.5 degrees (South)

March 8 - approx;

90 days - 13 days = 77 days.
23.5 degrees for 90 days
x degrees for 77 days.

Approx 2 to 4 degrees North.
I haven't got a sextant, but the sun is pretty low in the sky, up here in the Artic.
In astronomy latitude is declination
At the beginning of spring and autumn suns declination is zero degrees.
In astronomy longitude is right ascention (RA). At the beginning of spring suns longitude is zero by definition.
