Sorry but I don't know what your last word is. Perhaps desalination collector? In any advent, sunlight contains all visible and invisible wavelengths of light and is pure white light. Anything that looks white will reflect the maximim sunlight (except a mirror). Black was no "color" because it absorbs all incident light (although not perfectly). A black matt finish paint will absorb more solar light than a glossy black paint that will reflect moore glare. Hope that helps a little.
