Solar is better to get if you like wearing french tip all the time. Its basically white and pink acrylic instead of polish. It lasts longer than reg acrylic nails and doesn't chip because the acrylic gets buffed.
SOLAR NAILS ARE HARDER THAN ACRYLIC NAILS.
I hear that solar is much harded and thicker than the regular kind. I prefer the regulars because they are easier to get of if you dont want a fill-in.
Solar acrylic nails are gel.I don't know how much better they are,but it depends on how hard you are on your hands.Some people can wear gels longer than other people,some can't.
in my opinion i prefer solar nails to acrylic...you don't have to wait for nails to get dry and they are much prettier
