How can I build a solar car?

Geesh, you sound super intelligent to me, with your super passionate ways...lol...You know the first Solar car ever build, was at Mexico City about 2-3 yrs ago...cool hu? except that the government thought about the sun going out, and the car running no more...well RECHARGE some batteries, duh?...so they said that there was no point in having it, since batteries are another source of energy, there won't be a way society can conserve it to a certain extent.oh well whatever that means..I guess you can visit websites about solar cars.dunno...I still think It'd be neat to have cars like that...but then I ask myself can I still be a total bada*ss racer chik?.lol
