Where to find high-precision position & velocity for solar system objects?

Question:
Preferably 8 significant figures or more. I want state vectors for the sun, all planets out to Neptune (including Earth), all Near-Earth Asteroids (especially PHAs) and the largest of the main belt asteroids. I want to do my own calculations for Earth encounters with Potentially Hazardous Asteroids.

Answer:
The best existing planetary ephemeris is JPL's DE405, which is available on CD-ROM (see below for link). But you won't find it accurate within 8 digits, far from it! About 5 is the most you can hope for, maybe 4 on the outer planets. And it gets worse the farther away in time you go.
I have never been able to find anything even close to that and I would imagine it might require a pretty good computer.
