There is a magazine, that deals with solar power systems. They would have adds from reputable companies and could give you references to check, which would be a good idea, because a systems can run 10K or more for a full house set up.

Their products and projects are installed worldwide: Europe, Australia, China, India, Russia, etc. in USA as well, for example Nevada Solar One (64 MW). Their installed base is thousands or millions of KW.
In biomass, i know Abengoa is bigger than Acciona, they also have installed plants in USA (see link). In farms, biomass could be considered as well, although it is not as "green" as solar.
In wind, Acciona is much bigger than Abengoa, they serve only with wind many big cities with plants above 100 MW of power. Its biggest plant is 192 MW for 145000 citizens.
If you have land enough, you can have three sources of energy (solar, wind and biomass) probably much more energy than what you need, but you probably can resell it to electricity operators. Both, Acciona and Abengoa, enter into joint ventures with landowners and sometimes with banks if investment can be an issue. At least in Spain, most farmer groups and food industries have agreements with banks and one of those companies for electricity production and sale of power to electricity operators.
Probably, they work with dealers and engineering companies where your farm is.
