clothes line!
Clothes lines.
Ditto.clothes lines, just like your grandmother used once upon time. "Solar dryer" is just a fancy terminology used to get your attention. You can get the fancier ones for less than $40 at any hardware store.

Jeans and towels end up a bit rough feeling (even with fabric softeners), but other clothing ends up just fine, and sometimes with far fewer wrinkles than with an electric or gas dryer.
Like others said, the clothes line. The best, though, is if you leave your clothes out in a rain and then let them dry. They are much softer afterwards as the rainwater has no dissolved minerals and salts. They also dont smell springtime fresh, they just smell clean. "Springtime fresh" is a chemical off-gassing from your clothes.
