Depends where you live. In California the state just passed a long-term energy plan with rebates. Google your state department energy plan to see if they offer something.

call a local solar installer, they will know this information off the top of their head.
i'm on a project installing a large system and it's a dollar amount per KwH that is the rebate amount... by no means is it 3/4 of the cost... maybe 40-50%.. maybe (and this is a full on system that would run a normal household with some energy to spare).
