What's better: Solar nails or Gel Nails?

Question: I'm leaving in an hour to get my nails done...what's better, solar or gel? I'm looking for strength, low maintenance and natural looking...any advice?

Solar nails!! last longer, convenient, natural looking and no fuss...no polish needed, can add a coat of clear if you like but no chipping or anything.
