More than 150 extra solar planets have been discovered. Here is an updated list of them:

The number is growing dayly and is already passed the 150.
173 extrasolar planets have been found to date, practically all of these have a mass equal or larger than that of jupiters.

Keep one thing in mind that yet now planets have not been directly seen. These are indirect indications to show existance of planets in other solar system.
However, exceptions have started coming.
About four months back a planet has been seen directly. Probably at a distance of 200 light years. I have forgetten the distance.
The size is more than Jupiter.
