Yes they are but obviously in different languages...Saturn...spanish Saturno...and so on so on...but yeah same name just pronounced in a different language, obviously.
some yes some not .but for most its diffrent ...e.g
we say Moon ... but in arabic we say Kamar . and in french Lune ...and in spanish Luna ...
and most of it the same .. we say Mars ... but in arabic we say Maryek . spanish Marte ... and in french Mars ...
some of da latin based languages have SIMILAR words... but no not all.. for instance arabic, indian, chinesese and japenese (i think those last 2)
