Does solar energy effectively utilize our natural resource?

Question:

Answer:
It does utilize a natural resource but... 'effectively' ? I don't think so. We can't use it to power cities. It's still quite expensive and just used as a supplement to our regular energy resources.
yes, but it can't fulfill all the energy needs of modern industrial society
yes but it takes alot of panels to power one city .and it is expensive.
If you use enough oil sure.
It does help as the worlds energy is decreasing but the efficiency in the way we use solar energy needs to increase to make it a viable natural re-useable energy source.
