When people burn fossil fuels a bi-product carbon dioxide is made. This gas causes global warming usually trees would convert this gas to oxygen, but thanks to the gas hungry economy there is way to much Co2 and on top of that there cutting down to many trees and replacing them with best buys and targets. But solar power is an alternative and we won't run out of it any time soon. Some of the benefits are that a lot of green house gases won't be made, the planet will last longer since there won't be as many pollutants like nuclear and fossil fuel energy creates , and we won't run out of it eventually as mentioned earlier.
