Actually Iam interested in this too and have been looking for the same. There are many options available apart from PV which I think you have asked the Tata people. Posting some links I found on the net, this is an extremely lucrative field especially considering the current power shortages in many states.
These are all companies from India, there are many more available in western countries.

We are developing products for Indian market and will start few installations this summer.
