Who are binary planets in our solar system ?

Question:

Answer:
Your question should read:

Which planets are binary planets in our solar system?

And the answer is:

Pluto and Charon

And, so you know, Charon is a moon of Pluto, but it's mass is just over half the size of Pluto. Because of it's size, it is considered a planet.
jupiter and mars for sure
I'm pretty sure there aren't any.
I assume you mean planets that orbit around each other? If so, there aren't any in our solar system.
There are no bimary planets in our solar system
I assume that by binary planets you mean two planets orbiting each other, as binary stars do. The planet that is closest to a "binary planet" is Pluto and its moon Charon. When most moons orbit the planet, it affects the planet, as the moon causes our tides, but it doesn't significantly change the position of the planet. This is because since the size of moons are typically much smaller than the planet, the center of gravity, basically the imaginary point that the two objects orbit around, is usually inside the planet. In Pluto's case, since Charon is huge compared to Pluto, (1/2 the diameter of Pluto) the center of gravity for the two planets is actually between Charon and Pluto. In effect, Charon orbits Pluto, but Pluto also orbits Charon.
