Which is the smallest planet in our solar system?

Question:

Answer:
pluto
Pluto. The only caveat being there is an argument Pluto is not a planet.
Some people say Pluto and others say that Pluto is just a large object in the Kepler belt. If Pluto is not the smallest, Mercury would be! Hope this helps!
Goofy
Some resources have said that Mercury is the smallest planet others say that it is Pluto.

Because Pluto is so far away, accurate observation is difficult even with our largest telescopes.

As of now, Pluto is agreed to be the smallest planet.
Pluto, in fact some scientists question it's status as a planet.
i don't think there's really a smallest planet in our solar system. Pluto seems to be smaller than any other planets because of its distance from them. but i think there are still planets undiscovered smaller than Pluto
Pluto - if you consider it a planet. If not, then Mercury is the smallest.
Okay Milky Way shouldn't you be doing your own homework?

You know what I recommend instead of asking people, learn on your own, do some google searches under the planets in our solar system and you will find a lot of cool information. It will be worth it to learn it all on your own. By your user name, I guess you like outer space, I loved it too when I was a kid and I still love to watch the stars and look for planets.
mercury
first, tell me what your think of as planets. many favor the reclassification of the bodies in the solar system into three groups, the rocky terrestrials, the gas giants, and the ice dwarfs. there are hundreds of known ice dwarfs including pluto, quaoar, sedna, 2003 UB313, and 2003 EL61. this is also called the kuiper belt. pluto was the first kuiper belt object discovered and among the largest of them.

the smallest rocky terrestrial is mercury.
