Anti-matter is real and produced in particle accelerators all the time. Other types of anti-matter are produced in cosmic rays.
As for collision with a black hole, everything depends on the mass of the black hole and what, exactly it is colliding with. The way a black hole affects things is through gravity. If the black hole was about a solar mass or two (a small one) and didn't directly collide with any of the planets, the main effect would be to change the orbits of the planets as the black hole goes by. The gravitational field would be *identical* to that of a star of the same mass once you are far enough away from the black hole (a few million miles would be plenty).
The a black hole the mass of the sun actually hit a planet (an unlikely scenario since the black hole would only be a couple miles across), there would be a huge burst of gamma rays from the planet's mass going into the black hole. If there were enough gamma rays, that might make things unpleasant on earth even if the balck hole didn't hit the earth itself.
A large black hole (a hundred solar masses or larger) that went through the solar system would significantly affect the orbits of all the planets, the ones that were closer being affected more, possible being thrown out of the solar system. An actual hit on a planet would have similar effects as described above.
A microscopic black hole (say of a mass close to that of the earth) would not affect anything much unless it actually hit a planet. In that case, there would be a burst of gamma rays when it hit, but the planet would not necessarily be totally destroyed. if it wasn't, it would probably be in a very different orbit afterwards (unless it hit Jupiter, which is massive enough the orbit wouldn't change all that much).
In all cases, the particulars of how close the black hole goes to which solar system object is crucial to determine what the effects are. The size of the black hole is also crucial. Even an earth sized black hole directly hitting the sun would not have much effect if it came from above the plane of the planets. It would put on a good show and then continue its journey through space.

Well, our "universe" can't collide with a black hole. Our universe already has several in it. If one entered our solar system, that would not be good. But it depends on the size of the black hole, and how far into the solar system it got.
If Our universe were pulled into a black hole the crushing forces of the winds and the almost infinate length of it would completely obliterate our universe

well it would just be a guess for anybody to answer, they are in our universe, so they cant collide with the universe, and for our solar system, it would probably be bad news, but none are within any distance that is considered a threat. And anti-matter is real. It is present.
All matter would fall into the black hole's gravity, where everything would be unable to leave, even light and time. However, as discovered by Stephen Hawking, it can slowly come out of the black hole, evaporating as gas.

There is no question of a collusion of the Universe or a Solar system with that of a black hole as the black hole is a tiny hole of a particular substance covers the planet among other lakhs and lakhs of planets existing in one of the galaxy among others.
There is a blck hole at the center of the galaxy and probably the center of each of them. If the solar system were pulled into a black hole, it would be crushed down to practically nothing. It is established that energy does leak from a black hole (Stephen Hawkins) and it is believed that this energy will eventually form new galaxies. antimatter is real and it exists but only in labs we think. THere was probably some at the big bang but it was made in disproportionately small amounts and annihilated by matter.
A black hole would suck in every planet and our sun over a long period of time. usually stars and black holes orbit each other and the black hole takes a jet of matter from the star and slowly sucks it in. And you can't have one collide with the universe.
There are Black Holes in the Universe so the universe will never crash into one. Our solar system will never crash into a black hole because none of the stars nearest to us are the right kind of star to form a black hole. Most likely if the earth is still around for billions of years it will need to be more worried about our sun's super nova that will happen when its life runs out (aproxx. 5-7 Billion years from now)
Also it is believed to be that the center of our galaxy and every galaxy in the universe is rotating around a Super Massive Black Hole. So Black Holes do exist, but just need certain criteria to exist.
Interesting question. Want to know an interesting answer? There are these are the possibilities: 1. everyone would stop existing. 2. Everyone whose not inside their house would pass on. 3. We would all continue to live, but find ourselves living in an entirely different world and reality. But who really knows? I assume you know that, light can never escape a black hole? Nothing can- as indicated in a movie, once.
