Can I use solar pannel to recharge 12V motor battery and at the same time use battery to run 12v water motor?
Question:
Answer:
What you are asking is the normal connection of a solar or wind system. Their purpose is to charge a battery bank. At the same time, you can remove power from the batteries to operate devices.
You need to create a power budget. There is only so much energy available. You can not expect to operate a pump which requires 5A of current continuously while the solar panel is capable of only 4A peak. 5A for a few minutes will be ok provided the solar panels are given adequate time to replace the charge in the batteries.
A small portable generator could be a better option.
I have a few links and diagrams on my wind generator project page. The system will eventually have an input for solar electric panels as well. Take a look...
