Can I use solar pannel to recharge 12V motor battery and at the same time use battery to run 12v water motor?

I am taking motor in remote area no electricity available therefore I need to run the motor contineously for long time that is why I need help /better idea in this connecion. Thankings for your help/suggestion

What you are asking is the normal connection of a solar or wind system. Their purpose is to charge a battery bank. At the same time, you can remove power from the batteries to operate devices.
You need to create a power budget. There is only so much energy available. You can not expect to operate a pump which requires 5A of current continuously while the solar panel is capable of only 4A peak. 5A for a few minutes will be ok provided the solar panels are given adequate time to replace the charge in the batteries.
A small portable generator could be a better option.
