What is the coldest planet in the solar system?
Question:
Answer:
I don't know what you are asking, are you asking for the surface temperature, the interior temperature, or the average temperature (b/w surface and interior)?
If it is surface temp. then Neptune (with an average temp of 53 K)
I don't know the interior temps
I only know the average temp of Neptune (it is 111.15 K or -162 degrees C) http://www.solarviews.com/eng/neptune.ht...
Furthest from the sun - Pluto
Ohio in the winter?
use to be pluto but not anymore. those people voted and kicked out pluto out of our solar system i mean yea its still there in the same place but were just not including it in our solar system anymore...
So its NEPTUNE
at farthest point of solar system.
Pluto is the coldest planet in the universe. It is very far away from the earth. No one can see how Pluto looks like. People only could see in pictures that is on the book or in the computer. Pluto is color white. Pluto is the farthest planet from the sun. Pluto was first discovered in 1930. Pluto gases may run out and the gas may turn to ice. Pluto is very cold. It is 360 degrees Fahrenheit. For me that is very cold. People think that Neptune and Pluto will crash but it turns out the answer is no. Pluto got its name from a guy that discovered it. Pluto is the smallest planet in the galaxy. It is 2080 kilometers in diameter (how far around).

In our solar system Pluto but in space and sheer logic, the coldest object (in your case planet) is the farthest from the heat sours.
PLUTO
Pluto is 3 billion 656 million miles from the sun and has 1 moon. Pluto is the smallest planet, and is the coldest spot in our solar system. A year on Pluto is as long as 250 years on Earth. A day is as long as 6 days on Earth.
it used to be pluto but ppl voted and kicked it it out so i guess no it is neptune i think
Neptune is the coldest Planet, the coldest dwarf planet (discovered so far) is Eris.
All of us can say that Pluto is the coldest,
but today, there are new planets discovered so we cannot recognize what is the coldest planet..
Its all about how much heat form the Sun reaches the planet, so it would be the farthest planet from the sun which until recently was Pluto, but since it's demotion it is now Neptune.
