Would you buy a solar powered flashlight?

they don't need batterys & are cheaper than normal flashlights.

Answer:
The only time you need a flashlight is at night when no sun is present. Hmmmmm, figure that out.

i would, but i have one of those ones where you just wind it up a couple times, and it lasts for hours. no batteries needed!

No. If theirs no sun you're in trouble. I know they store but for how long? I would rather have one of those crank types.
