Is it possible all the planets in our solar system will form a stright line, if yes duration between such form

Question:

Answer:
No.

The orbits are inclined slightly and I do not believe there is a place where they would all be *exacly* in a line.

But they get close together in the sky. The visible planets are within a couple of degrees every twenty or thirty years. (Holding your fist out will block about 10 degrees.) Such an alignment in the sky can last for a few days.
