The number of extra-solar planet DISCOVERED SO FAR is in the range of 150 or so. This number is increasing almost daily.
The number of extra-solar planets that EXIST is, at this point, incalculable.
We still don't know what percentage of stars have planetary systems, 'tho it is evidently quite high and it may be that most stars have planets.
There are about 200 billion stars in our Milky Way galaxy alone 'tho some estimates put the number at more like 400 billion.
Stay tuned, this number is changing constantly, too!
The number of galaxies is unknown.
Carl Sagan estimated 100 billion, Hubble observations kick this up higher and a recent German computer simulation suggests there may be 500 billion galaxies -- each with (as Carl would say) "billions and billions" of stars and perhaps most of them with a family of planets.
Obviously, the total number of planets in the Universe is a figure so far beyond mere human comprehension one might as well say: "About a bazillion!"
