How to make solar lamp?

Question:
I want to make a solar lamp with lowest cost, How I can do that?

Answer:
Start collecting old solar calculators and salvage the solar cells. by soldering them together it is possible to build a collector with enough power to light a small light such as a diode or mini flashlight.
Open a window.
probably what the other guy said would be the lowest cost, otherwise you could buy a solar panel, hook it up to a battery to store power, and at night time hook that up to a light.
They already have solar landscape lights, would not that be the same?
Sorry. Your question is too vague. A lamp is for lighting a space. So I guess you want to use the sunlight to light a space (that is not near a window?).
Place a collector on the roof where it will always be in the sun. A simple cheap collector is a vertical tubular mirror. Use mirrors to reflect the light into the desired space. Use a frosted glass distributor in the space to spread the light evenly.

Enjoy the sunshine!
