IF U THINK THIS IS CHEATING AND DONT WANT TO HELP THAT DONT WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS BY POSTING. THANKS.

Answer:
depends on the climate. Certain weather conditions such as cloudy days, rain and light and dark hours affect how effective the photoelectric cell collectors are. Usually such collectors are built in places with very low probability of adverse weather and very high number of intense sunny days. Countries such as Norway may not be able to harness such energy as they have very little sun light days and countries in the equator fare better in utilizing such technologies.
depends on climate. cause it can be cloudy alot or like in antartica it can have like months of no sunlight
Option 2

1 (it is converted directly into electrical energy)
2 (true, if it doesn't get sunny it's pointless)
3 (water pollution??)
4 (It is renewable - I don't see the sun running out quite yet!)
