Where can i buy solar powered garden lights? are they expensive?
Question:
Answer:
Try overstock.com
Home depot. They aren't super expensive.
Garden lights, however, are not a necessity.
Home Depots got them. Most of them are pretty flimsy, but they're also cheap, so if a couple go bad, just replace them.
I would try the sportsmansguide.com they have a few and are very reasonable in price. Yes they are reliable and can take a good beating but they will not be as bright as regular ones but you buy a few extra to make up the difference plus no wiring involved. Good Luck
Any good garden supplies shop will have them
Do yourself a favour and walk your neighbourhood and find some that are installed. They don't throw much light and you may be disappointed. Bright enough too see - not enough to light the yard
If you do like them get the better quality more expensive ones. I bought cheap and they only went for about 3-4 hrs (and thats after a day of Australian sun).
Any "big box" home improvement store will have them. Because they are powered by rechargeable batteries, they don't produce very much light. You will probably be disappointed with them if you want them to be an actual light source.
Homebase has started to sell them but i couldn't guesstimate a price give them a phone, you can also find companies in the yellow pages who come install what you need.
good luck
here's a link to them on ebay.
If you do a search in Google you'll find hundreds of web site selling them.
Do some research on these site and you'll notice that for the same item you'll have different prices.
It's a very good idea to use them. If you choose the right product (not the very cheap ones) you'll be satisfied
