Answer:
Solar system, including the Sun and the Earth: 4.6 Ga (billion years)
Genus Homo is generally considered to be the human race: 1.5 to 2.5 Ma (million years)
The term "Civilization" is not precise.
Tools were first used around 3 Ma, but note that todays apes and even dolphins and crows use tools.
Language arose sometime between 2 Ma and 40 ka
Agriculture developed around 8500 BCE
First cities were around 5000 BCE
Writing developed by 3000 BCE
Good questions all in one. I'll give you my best estimate.
Solar system 5 billion years, same for the sun since it is the core of the solar system
Origin of Man is tough but at least 300,000 years for Homo Erectus.
Civilization, does it really exist yet? Most put this at over 10,000 years.
The universe may not have a beginning but theory has the big bang at close to 14 billion years.
From a biblical perspective the heavens and the earth are believed to be less than 10,000 years old. Theories like the Gap theory come about because of people who force science to fit the Bible. Science's dating methods have been proved flawed time and time again for long periods of time.
