The plans are probably confidential and/or you may have to pay to use them, even for private use.

The link below may give you a start. You'll obviously need something a lot bigger. Solar is usually used by conservationists, not conspicuous consumpsionists.

These are plans for a smaller version. I have seen books in the library that have plans but as of right now I cannot remember the names. I will try to look and then let you know.
This is a nice how to for a small scale passive heater. I have seen larger (like 4'x8') home made panels used in ND to heat small buildings. It wouldn't get it to 80, but it surely takes the chill out. Note: these wer closed loop systems that used antifreeze, radiators, and a thermostatically driven 12v solar powered citculating pumps.
