Will outdoor solar lighting charge properly if they are placed in a semi-shaded area?

Question:
I would like to place them under my carport which is covered by a lattice screen. Will they get enough indirect sunlight there to make them work properly?

Answer:
They will not charge fully and therefore will not be as bright or last as long as normal.
They might not charge fully due to only having about half as much light, and not as intinse as recomemded
I had one under a partly covered bush, at night it use to be dimmer than the rest
