Will outdoor solar lighting charge properly if they are placed in a semi-shaded area?

Question: I would like to place them under my carport which is covered by a lattice screen. Will they get enough indirect sunlight there to make them work properly?

Answer:
They will not charge fully and therefore will not be as bright or last as long as normal.
