What affect does solar/lunar eclipse have on the earth?

Question: the solar/lunar eclipse changes the tide levels throught out the earth the moon pulls out high tides and the sun makes us have low tides.

It has no effect at all. The high and low tides are primarily caused by the moon; not the sun.
