I have a 10 hectar lot in Export processing Zone Bataan Philippines, what is the best plan of investment 4 it?

Question: EPZA is a tax free zone in the Philippines. I have a 10 hectar lot. I am not sure if i sould make a low cost housing or develop it as an industrial lot. But my main problem are the need for investors. I do not know a lot of foreign investors.

Go find present investors in PEZA Bataan and offer them your lot... either
sale or rent. but I prefer they rent it.
