Can I sell part of my share in a property to the bank?

Question:
I currently own a 1/3 share in a landed property. I hope to sell my share to someone or to any banks so I can have the money. Don't mistake this as a mortgage or I am in need of money. NO. I just thought it would be a better deal if I can invest the money from the 1/3 share into getting better returns from other investment products. Will any banks buy this 1/3 share from me? Is this a wise choice?

Answer:
No. A bank will not go into business with a customer, especially not in this way. It break a lot of ethical, legal, and financial rules.
