How can I meet an investor to help me achieve something?

Question:
How do I meet an investor that would financially help me buy and sell enough real estate so I can earn enough to pay off my house? I want to have a mortgage free house. I don't owe that much on it,but have worked long and hard to protect it. I would also be a good property manager,I am good at details, and have good organizational skills. The investor wouldn't lose a dime, they would of course get their money back when each property is sold.

Answer:
It seems like you have equity in your own home. If that is the case, then use hard money lenders to finance 65% of your deals and use a HELOC on your home to finance the other 35%.

Regards
The fastest and best way is in your local classifieds or Craig's list, be short and to the point. You might post "Real estate investor wanted, XX% return in X months. Secured by real property. Their are also people that advertise for "Hard Money Loans". You can call those numbers to seek people looking to invest also in what your doing. Don't ever be afraid to ask!

Most mortgages require very little down and would provide you access to the property for about 2 mos before you have to make the first payment. If you can't afford a down payment/qualify for a mortgage you are probably not financially ready to take this big of a gamble.
