What cities in texas are best to invest in for rental properties?

I live in texas, and i've been looking around houston for investment property. I'm concerned about the houston market because of all the new construction going on here. Too many choices for people may limit the availability to rent out property. Right now i need to know where to purchase investment rentals that can be rented out fairly quick. Section 8 is not a problem, but would be fine.
