This is such a common scam, I'm not even sure I would bother to report it. Mark the email as spam, delete it and forget it.
This is where I direct my Canadian complainants when I speak to them:

Seriously just ignore the emails and delete them and spread the word of nigerian scammers, the FBI wont do anything neither will anyone else since they have no jurisdiction, but the nigerian government is arresting those..
These are so obvious and so common that nobody does anything about them. Mark them as spam and move on. Not like anyone could fall for something this lame right?
Just mark it as spam so your ISP can trap it, go to ebolamonkeyman.com for a few laughs, and otherwise ignore it.
I get those all of the time and I just delete them.
