I have had an actual working model since the 80's. I attended three different colleges. studied everything that run off of any kind of energy. Two years of eletronics. Electricity as well. I have contacted many big company's in this field with no response. I have also tried to talk to the automotive industries. They don't want it. Out of millions or researchers that are searching for unliminited energy I am so far the only one that thas a true 100% unliminited supply of free energy. I can't get it to the market because the investors do not believe it is possible. selling blueprints the internet may be the only way I can be sure that the world will benefit from it. After filling for a patent of course.

I would be very careful.Even though u have a Patton someone can look at Ur blueprints and make just one little change to it and then u will be crewed out of it.I know this to be true my company dose it all the time.Just keep looking.Look for trade shows that per mote clean electricity.

Publishing it free of cost will be the best way.
You can make your money from conferences and lecturing if it works (or a Nobel prize)

No, register it as a patent first, when you have the intellectual rights to it, look for investor to further developed it into a workable products. It depend on the market value to see how much you can sell it for. Do not sell the patent rights to the company outright and remember to retain commission for the whole product. Also you can try for Nobel prize award.

Then enter your invention into exhibition contests, lots of them. I know juries at these exhibitions give out 1st prize, 2nd prize and so on to the contestants. If your exhibition or contest is popular, it'll attract media coverage. If your product wins any prizes, then the product will attract a lot of attention. This is the stage where companies or individuals look for you to discuss of a possible joint venture, or buy the rights to your product.

when you say you have the technology you also need a prototype to showcase your technology if that is not there no one will believe you. once you have the prototype there is no problem in getting people to invest or buy your knowhow,
