It is indeed a scam. Don't respond to it and mark it as spam. My wife just answered a scam e-mail a couple of weeks ago and received $3000 in counterfeit money orders. You can try sending it to the FBI to see if anything happens but I doubt anything will become of it.
Delete it like the other 100,000 people who received it last month. What is your question?
This scam has been going on for years.
Ignore it.
