Stockcharts??

Question:
I currently use Stockcharts.com for my charts, which I love. The only problem is that they have no volume data apart from major US markets. Also their free charts only go up to 3 years and not any longer. Is there any other free alternatives that others in the retail investor community use?

Answer:
I use the charts at msn money. To use the advanced charts you have to download and install the Investment Toolbox, but it's free. You might like them, you might not. Charts are kind of a subjective thing, not everybody likes the same thing. I like the ability to quickly zoom in and out that msn's charts give. I also like the simplicity of them, while others might think that they're too simple. They will also go back as far as you want. Anyway that's what I use, and I like them.
I think you can access Livecharts.com for free, but the data is delayed by 20 minutes.
If you're looking for free charting, take a look a bigcharts.com.
If you are a serious chartist, then you may want to consider telecharts ...
