I use the charts at msn money. To use the advanced charts you have to download and install the Investment Toolbox, but it's free. You might like them, you might not. Charts are kind of a subjective thing, not everybody likes the same thing. I like the ability to quickly zoom in and out that msn's charts give. I also like the simplicity of them, while others might think that they're too simple. They will also go back as far as you want. Anyway that's what I use, and I like them.
I think you can access Livecharts.com for free, but the data is delayed by 20 minutes.
