There is not a valid reason to pay anyone that much money to teach you how to invest in property. You can find out all of the information you need online or in the public library for free. Don't fall for that junk. It is just another scam.
buy your own rental then rent them yourself or use a property manager. Higher returns
I have heard of them. They keep bombarding me with emails asking me to attend their courses.
They teach nothing that is not common sense. Keep clear, the only people who make money out of expensive courses like that are those who run them.
