Which problem results in greater loss of good-paying American jobs, investment capital drain, lower tax?

1)The existence of 12 million undocumented, illegal immigrant workers and their families living in America ;or, 2) the tremendous loss of good jobs , investment capital loss and tax revenue loss that result from wealthy US corporations and individual Americans getting filthy rich outsourcing jobs, essential manufacturing capacities, huge amounts of investment capital , avoiding the payment of US taxes to foreign countries with cheap labor ,low taxes,and weakly enforced environmental laws like China and India?
Stop and think abit about the Q before answering. Which is the worse problem. I think ee talk in the wrong way about the first problem alot but not enough about the second problem. Please give me your choice with your best explanation for that choice. ( without which nobody learns anything ) Try to avoid insults, putdowns and namecalling for the same reason. TWH 06112007-4

Neither. It's taxes, unions, regulations, and business subsidies that prop up failing businesses and keep out new businesses, large or small. That's why it's difficult for new business owners to enter and compete in the market; that's why existing companies outsource to other countries; that's why you have huge businesses still in existence that have poor business models. That's right, I said it - it's the government's fault. When the government interferes in the economy, its interference causes a problem. Rather than ceasing all interference, it creates a new law to correct the problems resulting from its interference, which only causes more problems. So, we have more and more laws to fix what could be easily solved by the government getting out of the marketplace.
12 million illegals.... WHICH COULD TURN EASILY INTO 100 MILLION IF SENATE BILL GOES THROUGH.
Do the math ...each illegal gets all extended family to come in on path to citizenship.12 mil x 8 members = 96 million so 100 million is quite possible. Meanwhile all social services would be strained and you will be paying for them in higher taxes if the Dems and RINO's have their way.
The only taxes illegals pay are retail. Most are paid in cash under the table. Those with fake SS don't get any benefits back so they use the emergency rooms, food stamps, welfare etc. Again, you pay with higher taxes.

Enforce Immigration Laws!
1. If you migrate to this county, you must speak the native language
2. You have to be a professional or an investor. No unskilled workers allowed.
3. There will be no special bilingual programs in the schools, no special ballots for elections, all government business will be conducted in our language.
4. Foreigners will NOT have the right to vote no matter how long they are here.
5 Foreigners will NEVER be able to hold political office.
6. Foreigners will not be a burden to the taxpayers. No welfare, no food stamps, no health care, or other government assistance programs.
7. Foreigners can invest in this country, but it must be an amount equal to 40,000 times the daily minimum wage.
8. If foreigners do come and want to buy land that will be okay, BUT options will be restricted. You are not allowed waterfront property. That is reserved for citizens naturally born into this country.
9. Foreigners may not protest; no demonstrations, no waving a foreign flag, no political organizing, no bad-mouthing our president or his policies, if you do you will be sent home.
10. If you do come to this country illegally, you will be hunted down and sent straight to jail.
